Returns and exhanges

Domestic Returns and Exchanges (inside Finland):

All our goods have a full 14-day (from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy, excluding underwear and other hygienic or intimacy products (e.g. earplugs), gift certificates, tickets, clearance sale and outlet products. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be clean and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. With recordings (e.g. CD's or DVD's) the shrink wrap and possible seal have to remain unopened. If there were e.g. hair, pet hair or stains on the returned product, we will not accept the return.

Please note that customers need to cover the return shipping costs by themselves. We will ship the replacement items for free.

Send the return package to “A Nightwishstory, Kiteentie 13, 82500 Kitee, Finlanf”. Please ask for a receipt from the Post/Matkahuolto office, because it ensures that the postal/Matkahuolto service is responsible in case the parcel is lost. Without the receipt, you are responsible for the lost parcel.

Refunds (if applicable)

The refund (of applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time but no later than within a month after we have received the return shipment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within one month, first check your email and credit card balance, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

International Returns and Exchanges (outside Finland)

All our goods have a 14-day (counting from receiving the shipment) return and exchange policy, excluding underwear and other hygienic or intimacy products (e.g. earplugs), gift certificates, tickets, clearance sale and outlet products. After the 14-day reclamation period we are not liable for any refunds or exchanges. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, contact our customer service immediately.

Customers need to cover the return shipping costs by themselves. We will ship the replacement items for free.

After the return is approved a refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds processing may take some time but no later than 30 days after we have received your return. Refunds are processed automatically through payment services according to chosen payment method for order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after reasonable amount of time, first check your email and credit card account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
