Domestic Shipping Policies

Our domestic shipping policies are as follows:

All items in stock will be dispatched at least within 3 business days after receiving the order. Matkahuolto will send you a SMS/email notification when the order is delivered.

Shipping costs for domestic orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. The shipping price is based on the weight of the items your order contains, starting from the fees described below.

Pick-up from the exhibition center (0,00 €)

• Kiteentie 13, 82500 Kitee
• Open from Wednesday to Sunday at 10.00 am–5.00 pm [Because of Corona, closed on 24.12.2020-28.2.2021]

Posti Envelope (7,50 €)

• size C4/E4, max. weight 500 g (appr. two t-shirts can be sent in one package)
• no tracking code, the package will be delivered to the address specified in the order

Matkahuolto XXS Parcel (5,90 €)

• max. 3 x 25 x 40 cm, weight max. 30 kg
• the package will be delivered to the address or a nearby Matkahuolto agency specified in the order
• Matkahuolto will send you a SMS/email notification when the order is delivered

Matkahuolto – Near Parcel (6,90 €)

• max. 0,5 m³, weight max. 35 kg
• the package will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto agency specified in the order
• Matkahuolto will send you a SMS/email notification when the order is delivered

Matkahuolto – Home Delivery (11,90 €)

• length + width + height max. 300 cm, weight max. 35 kg
• the package will be delivered door-to-door to the address specified in the order
• Matkahuolto will inform the customer about the delivery time

International Shipping Policies

Our international shipping policies are as follows:

All items in stock will be dispatched at least within 3 Business Days after receiving the order.

At the moment, we are able to deliver the items only via Postikuori services. PLEASE NOTE that due to the corona situation, the deliveries might have some delays. Please see country-specific information at: https://www.posti.fi/en/customer-support/sending/country-information

Shipping costs for international orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. Each shipping method starts at the below flat rate fee which will increase based on the weight of the items your order contains. Please note:

• Additional taxes and fees may apply depending on the destination
• All shipping methods may not be available to every destination
• You will be provided with a tracking code in given email address when the order has been shipped
• Shipment forwarding service is not an applicable shipping address

Delivery to European Union (27 countries, 1-7 business days):

• Posti Envelope (Finnish Postal Services), max. 500 g, price: 12,50 €
• Duties and taxes are collected at Checkout (does not apply in EU Customs and Tax Exemption Areas)

Delivery to other countries (2-14 business days):

• Posti (Finnish Postal Services), max. 500 g, price: 12,50 €
• Additional duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery in destination country where applicable

Prices for orders in the European Union
All pricings include Finnish VAT (24 % is the general rate, 14 % for food products and 10 % for books/tickets). Prices can be found in the item information.

Prices for orders outside the European Union (tax-free information)
Ordering outside the European Union, you will get the products tax-free (VAT 0 %).
Additional duties and taxes may apply and be charged at the time of delivery.
